Welcome to South Milford Primary School

Our vision is for all our children to become aspirational individuals and confident learners, based on a foundation of Christian values, in order to be equipped for life in our ever changing world.

We believe that by creating a caring and secure learning environment, children can grow in confidence enabling them to learn and develop to their full potential. We have high expectations and high aspirations for all of our pupils.

We are a small village school - we currently have 105 pupils on roll – and our diminutive size lends itself to the caring and nurturing environment we strive for. Our pupils’ emotional well-being has a high priority. At the same time enrichment is at the heart of  the curriculum and all areas of school life. We aim to offer excellent opportunities for the children to have a rich and diverse range of experiences. Through sport, drama, and visual and musical art forms; by encouraging charitable endeavours; and work with the wider community we aim to open up the world for our pupils.
